IRINA'S LOVE CONNECTIONS CLUB AGREEMENT.

This legal agreement ("Agreement") is signed between you("Customer") and Irena's Love Connection Club LLC owned by EDELWEISS INTERNATIONAL LLC (the "Owner"), that will pertain to you in respect of any services presented by or obtained from Irena's Club web site (the "Site") located at www.irinabestbrides.com (the "Service"). Once you are registered, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you concur to all terms and conditions of this agreement (the "Terms") for the duration of your Membership.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE DECLINED.

The Owner or Customer may end this agreement at any time. Customer can log in and delete his profile at any time without explanation. As a consequence, the Owner does not have to reimburse the membership fees or any adjunct services that have been completed or are on-going.

The Owner does reserve the right to postpone or end your membership at any time, with notice, if you violate this Agreement.

The Customer can not disclose his user name and password to other people.

Children under age 18 are prohibited to use this web-site.

As a member, you agree that:

• You will only utilize the Service in the legal manner according to all appropriate policy and laws.
• You will NOT violate terms and conditions relating to your usage of the Services of the Site, and will not send out junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation of products or services to any other Members of the Site.
• You will NOT in any way duplicate, amend, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or replicate copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the written confirmation of the holder of such materials.
• Your utilization of this dating service is strictly at your own risk and you are exclusively in charge for your contacts, whether it is written, spoken or in person, with any other Members of the Site. The Owner and its personnel, directors, agents, and all related parties are not responsible for any harm that may occur as a result of your contact (of any form) with any other Member of the Site.
• You will NOT converse, bring out or demonstrate to any other Member any form of insulting, malicious, offensive, abusive, sacrilegious, sexually aggressive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos and any other type of illegal or improper material, as determined by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to eliminate any such material from the Site without notice.
• You will NOT take part in any form of harassment, insulting or obnoxious behavior of any kind that may be harmful to any other Member of the Site (including but not limited to physical and emotional hurt).
• You will NOT utilize the Site, Services or your profile for any reason other than to seek other persons for meeting, friendship or dating; the Site and profiles shall not be used for any commercial intentions.
• Organizations, other dating agencies, companies, and/or businesses can NOT become members and should not use the Services or the Site for any reason. All illegal uses of the site will be investigated and appropriate legal actions will be taken.
• You will NOT reveal and include any personal contact information or identifying information of yourself or another person in your profile.
• You agree to the fact that we reserve our right to modify any of the terms and conditions, rights, obligations, or post new charges for access to or continuous use of Services at any time, with or without providing such notice as the Site may resolve appropriate. All changes will be posted online, and you are responsible for looking through such information. You will continue to use the service at the cost already paid. If you extend your membership, the new charges will be applicable.

You will protect, and hold harmless the Owner, personnel, directors, agents, and all related parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including standard attorney's fees on a solicitor) concerning or arising out of your use of the Site or Service, including any violation by you of the Terms of this Agreement and our Email, Acceptable Usage, Privacy and other terms and conditions posted on the Site from time to time.

Please note you may be unwillingly exposed to insulting or obscene materials on the Site that may have been posted by Members, hackers or illegal users from time to time. There may be women-scammers that may contact you and ask for monetary help or other financial assistance. Be aware that we hold no responsibilities for such actions but WE DO ASK YOU for your cooperation in helping us identify these scammers. After an investigation, if the woman is really a scammer-HER PROFILE WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR SITE .

Please note that it is possible for others to obtain your personal information and use it to involve you in an action that may be harmful to you . The Owner is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you choose to reveal, issue or share out with other Members.

THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT, BUT HAS NO COMPULSION, TO SCREEN THE MATERIALS POSTED IN THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SITE. THE OWNER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO ELIMINATE SUCH MATERIAL THAT VIOLATES THE REGULATION OR THIS AGREEMENT.

UNDER NO SITUATION WILL THE OWNER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR DEPENDENCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE, OR TRANSMITTED TO MEMBERS. THE OWNER WILL DO THE BEST TO CHECK OUT THE INFORMATION,ADRESSES,E-MAILS POSTED ON THE SITE BUT DOES N O T GUARANTEE THE TRUTHFULNESS, COMPREHENSIVENESS, OR VALUE OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE, AND NEITHER ADOPTS NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXACTNESS OR TRUSTWORTHINESS OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE .

THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURASY AND TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES AS STATED IN THE "COST AND TERMS" OF THE SITE.

THE MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PREPAYMENT OF THE EXTRA SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OWNER. IN CASE THE MEMBER FAILS TO MAKE THE RELEVANT PAYMENTS, THESE SERVICES WILL BE TERMINATED.

This Agreement as signed between the Owner and you is governed under the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Owner, regardless of conflicts of law principles. Any legal events arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the incorporating jurisdiction as it may pertain to the Owner, and shall be determined in the courts of USA as they may be relevant to "ILCC" and its affiliates.
